Yes every person present, including children ages 4 and up, is required to PRE-PURCHASE a ticket even if they do not wish to participate in food tastings. A child ticket purchase must be accompanied with an adult ticket purchase. If you arrive with an un-ticketed individual, including children, they will not be able to join the tour for any reason. The ONLY exception to this are children ages 3 and under, who are not required to purchase a ticket and will not be eating. The tour can last up to 3 hours with a lot of standing, walking and listening and most children have a limited attention span therefore the tour may not be appropriate for them. Parents, who know their children best, should assess the situation individually.
All of the tour’s tastings are carefully pre-selected by BiteSeeing Food tours in partnership with the restaurants to showcase the uniqueness of Bentonville’s culinary scene. While we understand everyone is different and some have dietary restrictions and personal culinary preferences, we pre-order the food for the entire group and are unable to accommodate every one of these. Therefore, it is each guest’s responsibility to determine if there are tastings you need to pass on or if you can enjoy. However, with ADVANCE notice we can provide alternate tastings for GLUTEN-FREE and VEGETARIAN diets at MOST locations, substitutions may not be available at every location. There will be no refunds or discounts for food not eaten, regardless the reason.
